Where do I start! This guy had this deal messed up from the day it arrived. So i bought a custom enclosure/ sub combo from Steve earlier this year only to be HIGHLY disappointed in his sub par packing skills and to find both subs with sheared (yes, you heard that right, sheared) magnets. I knew it was probably UPS's fault, so I decided to not give him a hard time about it and file the claim. About 50 days into the UPS claim there is STILL no UPS check, and my own money was long gone replacing the subs so that I could hear the box's capability. Steve just kept reassuring me that the claim was in good standing, yadda, yadda. So, I finally had enough and called his local UPS store (for some reason he had them handling the claim?) and to my great horror they told me that "he did not purchase additional insurance and we can only give you $190 bucks." SO i contact him and he says they told him $100, (Trying to scam me even more than he already has). So my instinct says file a claim with paypal to try and get my $300 dollars back for the cost of the new subs. Well, I do that and after it's all filled out paypal tells me that the claim period is over and they suggest I work it out with the seller. GREAT. So I tell Steve that I made a claim because I would still like to get my money back that I am rightfully owed. He FLIPS out and accuses me of trying to rip him off and that I am not going to see a penny of HIS money! What kind of a joke is this guy trying to play?? I have literally had it with this guy. JEERS to Steve Craig!
