Since this is somewhat related, I grouped all of these gentlemen in this post.

I received my MVIII efan an DC FK50p from ELVATO in a gigantic extremely well-packaged box, within my constrained timeframe.

I received my SPAL tranny-cooler fans from YDM in great condition, also within my constrained timeframe.

And - I received fantastic tech support on the used DCControls FK50p from BASKIN (MR. DCControls himself) - who extended responsive, very detailed and helpful advice on a used product I did not even buy from him - in a three-way email conversation with ELVATO as the 'hands-on' guy, that led me to conclude the transaction with confidence.

These three folks were, and are, truly a pleasure to work with. I would not hesitate to recommend them - and in the case of DC Controls, their excellent controller - to anyone.
