I've bought several times from Tasca as well. One time I bought a set of Harley headlights from them. I received them and one was broken. They sent me a replacement asap, no questions asked.

Super customer service. Good prices. Answer every question whether you buy from them or not.

I also agree with this thread! I bought my harly tail lights, fog light, tail gate trim and misc parts for my truck all at differant times and A+++ service with them EVERY time. Ive even used there online chat and had great service getting the parts I needed and the numbers to order the parts.

 

agreed. I bought my d/s window regulor from them for about 110 shipped... which was 80 dollars cheaper than my local dealership. Shipped same day and it is currently sitting at my house (ordered black friday too!)

 

A couple of months ago they were not responding to messages on this website... they said they got that resolved so that is good.

 

they are great ordered new tow mirrors great price and got them within 3 days great people to deal with

 

Ordering a discontinued part from them as we speak, hopefully they can get it/have it like that say they can

 

every time ive called in the past couple of weeks i get some noob on the phone who doesnt know what hes doing....and domenic is never in his office lol.

update for me:

some n00b sent me the wrong part. didnt realise it was wrong when the window regulator didnt fit lol. i talked to domenic and he is overnighting me the correct part.

I hope they are still as customer oriented ? I ordered and received a set of Harley tail lights last Thursday and yesterday when I went to install them, found the left light was broken off at the top corner . I have emailed them regarding the problem, but its Sunday, so hopefully I'll get a response tomorrow , we'll see ?
