I sold a set of MAC underdrive pulleys to Gotts last year and thanks to customs the box was opened in transit and pulleys and bolts disappeared... Gotts handled it really well considering the situation (he tore his truck apart in antisipation in the wintertime)

well to make a long story short it took months to get this right with him (I moved 1/2 way round the world, papework trail etc) this situation was not my fault or his and he backed me up 100%, if anyone has any doubt about doing buisiness with him, I can personally say he's very honest and I'd do buisiness with him again...
