Adjust Fender

How do you adjust the fender on these trucks. Driverside fender is sticking past my hood. I know how to move it towards and away from the hood, but how do I scoot it back towards the door.

Wedge, It may be that you have to bring the hood out/forward. I had a similar problem and I couldn't find a logical way to move the fender, so the hood was moved. Just a suggestion.
