Intel486...I do have a question for you....

The day before yesterday, I am cruising down my alley and one of my bonehead neighbors had placed some tree trimmings by their driveway. Well I managed to catch one limb sticking out and it put a dad gumed scratch on the rear of my bed on the drivers side. It is not very deep and I am sure I can clean it up, but as you may know I just spent several days putting SG on my truck.

So here is my question. Can I get away with just cleaning the SG off that part of my truck to buff out the scratch and redo the AIO and SG on that part without it looking different than the rest? And since I am new to Klasse...what is the best way to remove the SG coats...(4 of them) off that part of my truck bed?

Any advice is much appreciated,

Rocks

Yes, you won't notice a difference if you strip the klasse in the area, fix the damage, and then reapply the same amout of coats.

Thanks Intel486,

I suppose Saturday I am going to get it done. That scratch is making me nuts...LOL.
