Exclamation Good wax?

My cab/hood/front panels have a very dull colored compared to the bed which is way more shiner then the front end of the truck. Which was will give me a good shine so my truck matches!

Yup.

I only had a little meguire's left so I bought a $12 bottle of 3M premium cleaner wax because I had a lot of oxidation, thinking it would do better. I ended up going back for a bottle another $5 bottle of meguire's because it took twice as long to get half the results. You might start with a straight cleaner first if you've got it bad.

You can do two things

You can polish and then apply a pure wax.

With this step you would use Meguiar's #9 or similar and then put on a wax like Meguiar's #26 hi-tech yellow wax or a similar wax with no abrasives.

Or you can do a one step product like Meguiar's #6 cleaner wax. Two other cleaner waxs are Cherry Wet Wax and Mother's Cleaner Wax. I think the Mother's Cleaner Wax produces an awesome shine for a cleaner wax. I would go with it.
