Hey Intel486...

Is Eagle-One Wet Look any good? Never tried it. I'm just wondering if it works good on dark colors like Wedgwood Blue??? If not, what do you recommend that gives the best shine???

Good color choice

Wet-Look is good. Easy on/easy off. I've used it in the sun before and it buffs off easily. I've never tried it on my truck though but from what I've seen it is comparable to Meguiar's #26 for shine.

Depends on what you are looking for.

For a carnauba wax I'd go with P21S (S100)

For a synthetic your gonna have to pick your choice of Platinum, Klasse Sealant Glaze, or zaino. I use Klasse SG on my truck, which is also Deep Wedgewood Blue.

I have four coats on right now of Klasse Sealant Glaze. One more coat and then I'm gonna put a topper of P21S on the truck. Should look really nice when I find the time... and it doesn't rain.

But remember, Your wax will only work as good as your prep work! If you can't do the prep work yourself or you don't want to, then have a professional come out and have him do all the claying, polishing, etc on your truck. Then all you have to do is maintain the shine from there on out.

I finally saw your truck Tex. Looks great! And shiny too! I like that toolbox that's painted the same color as your truck. And the painted intake shield. Bet that took some time! She's beautiful. I've got some exhaust tips like that on my truck. They really set it off don't they? Your truck is almost like mine with the ventvisors, bugshield, chrome tips. Except mines Deep Wedgwood Blue with the Arizona Beige accent across the bottom. I'm gonna get some Wet-Look soon and try to put a few pictures of my truck in the Owner's Gallery. I've been here for two years and I still don't know how to post pics! LOL!
