Turtle Wax

Is turtle wax safe?

Wife picked up some turtle wax since she couldn't find the liquid glass. We were planning on washing and waxing this weekend.

Thanks!
Scott

Turtle Wax is better than no wax. Won't last too long though. I also think TW is a cleaner wax... I haven't looked at a can of turtle wax in a loonnnnng time.

If you have trouble finding stuff locally, then you can order stuff online. A bottle of Meguiar's #9 and a can of good, long lasting paste wax like Blitz will be all you need to maintain your shine. You'll probably end up buying a lot more than that though

I thought Turtle Wax was a synthetic that could be expected to last months as opposed to natural wax?

I checked the bottle and it appears that this is straight wax and not cleaner wax. I did see turtle wax cleaner wax on the shelf but I was careful to get this.

Hmmm... I'll try it and see how it does and let you guys know.

I'll also actually take a pic of my truck after I get done washing and waxing to share with everyone.
