You know those stupid plastic box rail cover our trucks have, well my truck sees alote of gravel driveing and dust collects up there, when you get done washing the truck water collects up there mixes with the dust and runs down the side of the box, makeing it look like it has not been washed. You guys know what I mean. Does anyone out there have a littlee trick to prevent this? I thought of takeing theme off and putting silicone on theme to seal it up, but was affraid of water collecting up there and eventually start to rust.

 

Try to hose it out well with a pressur washer

or you can come back after you wash and hit the runs with some quickdetailer.
