Are you going to be applying Klasse SG or just AIO? AIO is a mild polish and will probably strip the mothers. Might be good to strip it anyways.

For the waterspots you're going to need a mild polish or cleaner. Clay usually won't remove them. Get them off though before they etch your paint.

i plan on just using AIO. do u think buffing my roof will get rid of the spots.. im starting to think the spots have already etched my paint... if so will i just have to live with them being on there? i have scrubbed by hand with some cleaner waxes but have not had any results... if my paint is etched will it effect the life of my paint on my roof?

Light etching can be buffed out. Have a pro detailer look at it. He might have to hit them with a rotary buffer.
