Mounting Contico Tool Box Help

I picked up a Contico Blow Molded tool box and was somewhat concerned about the mounting instructions
It recommends drilling holes in the bed which I am not ken on doing.
Does anyone have a non drill solution?
If I do drill, should I pop the holes in the bed box wall behind the cab or in the rails
Thanks.

I drilled 2 holes on each side of the bed and mounted that way with my aluminium BetterBuilt box--I take it off quite a bit and usually only tighten 2 of those bolts (1 on each side) and it hasnt come off yet. I do have quite a bit of weight in it but 2 bolts might do you just fine even though the instructions say 4. I wasnt too keen on drilling holes anywhere in my truck but then i realized it wouldnt hurt that bad and did it. They havent rusted or torn out in 2 years.

I've drilled holes in the past, but they can be hard to line up if they're not exact. On my last couple of trucks, I've used self tapping sheet metal screws. Two on each side. It takes about 30 seconds with a decent power drill... so if it sounds like it hurts, it'll be over fast
