Unhappy Removing door panels

I slightly caved a body panel on my left rear door of my extended cab. I'm sure i could push it out with my palm. I am seeking advice on how to remove the interior panel so i Can get my hand in there. Also will I be able to reach in to push on the outside panel.

Thanks,
Neal

Thumbs up Not a problem

All you have to do is take out the 2 screws that hold your window latch on. After that pull on the trim around the window and it should just pop off. Then you'll see I think, 2 screws and one of those plastic push pins that hold on the lower door panel. Remove those and just lift on the door panel and it should pop right off. Hope this helps.
