Suggestions for scratch removal?

Question Suggestions for scratch removal?

well took the new truck out 4 wheeling this weekend. got lots of scratches on it. lots of those mesquite / palo verde / chollas got me. arg!

oh well, i got it for recreation, these things will happen. cant be a puss with a 4WD truck, now can i???


I guess i will have to break out the orbital polisher i got for xmas. any suggestions on technique and compound? sounds like 3M has some stuff.

any suggestions would be appreciated. i am also scouring the forums for info.

That's my kinda guy. My truck is real purdy but I bought it to offroad. It may be covered with scratches from those damn bushes, but it doesn't stop me. Of course I would have prefered not to get those damn dents. I'll be trying to hammer them out monday. For scratches, I use GS27

kirby . . .

i see that you are at CU. i went there. great school. graduated in 89. moved here to AZ in 89 also. bet there are a lot of great trails up there outa boulder.

i will look into the gs27.

Yeah, we got good stuff. We just started up a four wheel club on campus last semester. We've done trips with as many as 15 rigs. I'm just glad they allow Alumni in the club because I'm outa here in May
