Question Do clay bars remove wax?

The reason I ask because I Zaino-ed my truck last weekend but I didn't clay bar it before i waxed. But now I feel I should have clay barred and I want to do it, but I don't want it to remove the Zaino I just applied! Will I be okay if I clay barred it or will I have to reapply the Zaino? Thanks!

Since the clay bar is supposed to remove tiny inpurities before you wax, I'd guess the bar will remove the wax as well. The clay may not be able to get the impurities until the wax wears off. I'd probably just wait until the next time you're going to wax it, then clay bar it first.

I never did like the clay bar stuff...I tried to use it on my bronco to remove some light overspray, but it didn't work.

Yes, they remove the wax. Have read it on numerous warnings that come with car care kits. They always say make sure you wax after you clay bar, cause the clay bar takes it off...
