Dent pulling? Fender trim?

So my tire fell off the truck today, luckily no one got hurt, except my wallet. We where able to jimmy rig a way to get the tire back on the truck so we could get it on the tow truck. Anyway, when the tire came off, the truck landed on the tire temporarily before the tire went its own way, but the end result was it dented my fender pretty good. Anyone have any ideas on how to pull it? Normally I would say screw it, its my first dent, but my passenger side door will not open with this dent. Also, the little fender trim thing came off, and I dont know how to get it back on, any ideas? Take a look at the pictures at the bottom.

I'd just take it to a paintless dent removal place. They'll charge you about $50, and it'll be way better than you'll be able to do.

Thanks, I ended up buying a hole new fender from the scrap yard. Had to get it painted, so end result was another 400 bucks.

Not bad. That was a big dent. I'd doubt a dent removal company would have been able to take it out to your satisfaction anyways and it prob would have run you near $400 to boot.

I just recently had a tiny ding removed from my wife's vehicle and they charged me $125.

PDR on the body is relatively easy, with plastic, its near impossible to get creases out 100%, unless you get to it really quick.
