My truck was in a hail storm last night. I don't have any dents, but the paint on my mirror skull caps is chipped off in a lot of places. My hood and fenders and roof of the cab have all of these white marks that look like dried wax that was missed when wiping it off. I have not waxed the truck since last fall. Is this damaged clear-coat? When I rub them off with my finger they disappear, and I cannot see bare metal. Any help would really really be appreciated!

If they wipe off with your finger, then you should be fine. Just show your truck some love with a nice wash and wax and you should be alright. As for the chips, just get a paint pen or touchup paint from the dealership.
