I've been useing Chemical Guys- Meticulous Matte Detailer & Spray Sealant on my Matte black/polished XD wheels and Plasti-dipped emblems. I also use it on matte black rocker panels and lower bumper covers of my wife's 13 Highlander Limited.

It does a nice job.. There's also a YouTube video of the stuff you can check out.

For my matte black vinyl body wrap ( bumpers and grille surround ) I use a wipe on walk away sealant Opti Seal.

For plastic ( mirror heads, door handles ) and paint I use OptiCoat perm paint coating.

If you don't feel like trying perm paint coating or having it done by a professional detailer you can just use Opti Seal ( or similar if you have a brand preference ) on paint.

I had a slight change to the vinyl body wrap with Optiseal but once I applied another coat without the test section I could not tell it changed.

OptiSeal. I've used it on a couple matte black painted Mustangs and it protects without changing the look.

I would recommend using these two products Chemical Guys Meticulous Matte Detailer and Chemical Guys Meticulous Matte Auto Wash.

+1 on using CG matte detailer. There's also the drbeasley's sealant for matte paint, though quite expensive.
