Window molding product

Are there any product that condition and keep the window molding from shrinking and oxidizing? I wasn't sure since it is more rubber than plastic.

Check out Adam's Super Vrt. It is water based, with an spf factor easy to apply and if you get it on you windows it is easy to take off. I have been using it for a couple of years now. http://www.adamspolishes.com/p-693-a...-dressing.aspx
