Question

Maybe I didn't make myself clear. The plastic screws that arn't really screws but fasteners. The cover is the big black plastic piece that you take off first when you are replacing the grille. The dealer tried to look u8p the #'s but said they weren't listed seperatly. I thought i read where someone bought a bag of the for 5 bucks or something.

Thanks.

Here's the Ford Part #: N804837-S Ford calls them a "rivet". They come in packages of ten. Hope this helps. I recently purchased a package from my local Ford dealer.

Thumbs up

In checking www.partsvoice.com for Albuquerque, N.M., Bob Turner Ford has 21 of the rivets in stock.

Geeky;
Try your local ford parts department. They usually have a "bits and pieces" drawer with various sizes of the plastic fasteners. Also, major auto parts stores (NAPA, Auto Zone) carry plastic fasteners for different manufacturers --- including Ford. BOL

Thanks, I have been to the various auto parts stores. I had trouble finding ones that didn't wobble a little or the head was smaller. Just didn't look right. Now that I am armed with part #'s I will go back to the dealer. I was looking for a reason to point out my radiator anyway.
