Ok, guys today I was putting on my leveling kit and while the truck was on the lift, I noticed that there is a lot of small little "freckles" of rust. I have read some people threads about rail dust or what ever. My question for you guys is can this be buffed out?... I really hope this isnt something that is going to require me to repaint the truck.

Its on 05 XLT, just in case.

First thing to try is a clay bar. If it's rail dust, it will remove it.
