Bed Care - Rusty Bed Bolts & Dull Liner

Hello,

Looking for advice on how to clean the rust off of my bed bolts. As you can see from the pictures, they are an eye sore. Is there a good product that can be used to clean them? I'm planning to have the spray on bed liner touched up (baseball sized cut over wheel well) and considered having the bed bolts sprayed over. I don't plan to ever remove the truck bed, but is there any negatives to doing this?

Also, are there any good products I can use to spruce up the dullness of the spray on liner? I purchased this '07 Screw over the weekend and it has a Ziebart Z Liner in it.

Thanks.

The bed bolts in my father's F150 were sprayed over. No issues that I know of. If you want some shine to it, get a gallon of Hyper Dressing, dilute it 1:1, and spray it down after a wash. Short of that, you can't really polish up a bed liner that I know of.
