Thumbs up

Thanks folks, for all the informative input! I think I'm going to fork out the dough for the Meguiar's dual action polisher. I searched the links at Porter-Cable's site for dealers. The best price I found was at Coastal Tool's site. $109 for the polisher only. And $119 for the "Meguiar's kit."

98 F-150 XLT 4X4 ORP Super Cab Short Bed, 4.6, Auto. Superchip, Gibson sing. cat-back, Airaid, 80/100w German head lamps. Warn HS9500i winch with semi hidden mount. Wrangler dual battery kit with red & yellow top Optima batteries. Torsion bars cranked up 2 turns. Needs one more door and a lot more power. I think I need to talk to Mr. Whipple.

The buffer is a great idea and a great buy. The meguiars on the other hand wouldn't be my first choice.

Check out http://www.kenandmary.com Ken is the Zaino distributor for Virginia. His wife has a black firehawk that is beatiful. Look over the car before you decide to buy the meguiars products.

Good luck with buffer.
Chris
