Pen mark on 2008 lariat interior
Pen mark on 2008 lariat interior
I happen to put a close to 6 inch long pen mark on the backseat of my 08 lariat and am having not luck being able to get it off. I have tried gasoline, shoe shine, hairspray, rubbing alcohol, and dish wash. If anyone has any info on what i could use to get this off please share. Thank you.

I've used Meguiar's Gold Class Rich Leather Aloe cleaner with great results on a Sharpie mark on tan leather, all of the marker came off completely.
There was no telling how long that mark was on the seat. It was my sister's vehicle while in college and I cleaned it one weekend while she was home.

I've always used Brake Kleen, or whatever brake cleaner. It is pretty strong crap so try a small amount in a unseen spot to see what happens. Usually it lightens the surface a hair but it does nice cleaning work!
