Angry Is this a Disaster?

So tonight in town my wife and I are getting back in the truck, a 2010 XLT Screw white with the camel interior, and she knocks a 3/4 full to-go cup of sweet tea out of the console cup holder. It was all over the lower dash center, where the usb port is, the center hump, and both driver and passenger floor board.
I have weathertech digital fit floor mats but the center jumper seat and center hump were soaked.

The business we were leaving didn't have papertowls in the bath room, so we had to drive 25 minutes home before even being able to try and clean it up.

About the truck: I used clothing detergent to try and clean the seat and soaked all I could out the carpet. I just Just Once to clean the lower center dash. I know the upholstery on the center jump seat is probably ruined - a good excuse to get Wet Okole seat covers.

Question: Is taking the truck to a detailer the way to really get it clean?

About the wife: She has agreed to pay for detailing and the seat covers
Question: Should I divorce her or kill her and bury her in the back yard?

I would think you'd be able to get a can of fabric cleaner and it would clean it up...as for the wife...I'm personally a fan of the death sentence

tea

should be able to be cleaned up ok, take it to the detailer. Most coffee or tea stains are cleanable..........but added sugar can make more difficult to clean..........when sugar and creamer are added it makes the task of cleaning it up a whole lot harder.......good luck and let us know how it turns out......I always carry paper towel and a few clean rags in the vechile for this reason. I had a huge soft drink in a paper cup spill completely on my last new car seat (car was 2 days old) soaked up what I could then straight home to the wet vac, used laundry soap and cleaned it up turned out perfect.....

I spilled some hot chocolate on my alcantara suede seats last friday, lol, and Stoners invisible glass in the aerosol can and a microfiber rag cleaned it like brand new.

If you don't have the tools (ie, proper cleaning solutions, extractor) to do the job correctly then I suggest letting a professional handle it. Any good detailer should be able to take care of you. I'd get it cleaned up regardless of whether you get seat covers or not. Liquids left to be can lead to bad things like mold and odors. Not only that but if you ever decide to trade the truck in or sell it you don't want those unsightly stains.

How good is she in the sack? (kidding...don't answer that)

Time For A New Flower Bed Or Backyard Patio!

Isn't that where the bodies of deceased spouses usually get buried.....???

I'd take it to a professional detail shop and have the interior steam cleaned.....
