You can use your powerball with those products. All the products mentioned have to be mail ordered, so you could try Meguiars Ultimate Compound, you can get that at Wallymart or Autozone. It's in between aggressive and light.

Alright, I'll give one of those a try and see how that goes. If it is still bad I'll paint 'em black.

For Wheels....

I prefer the Power Cone over the Power Ball since it will go in to smaller areas like the lip of your rim. Avoid getting any polish on the rubber or you will create more corrective work. It looks like from your photos most of your work will be on the spokes and the rim. Dont work where you dont have a problem for now.

After you are done apply some synthetic wax like NXT 2.0 to protect your work.
