product to shine truck tool box

Whats a good product that somebody has used before and has worked well to replace the original shine of their chrome truck tool box?

Chrome or polished aluminum? 90% of the truck boxes I see are polished aluminum.

I have about 1 hour into polishing the whole bed/box from white to brite..A poet...I know
