Question Tar remover.........

>>>>Recently saw on Truckin on TNN a tar remover that looked really impressive in easily removing tar and grime on fenders. It was an aerosol and you sprayed it on, did anyone see this? If so what was it called? Thought I'd give it a try. Thanks

I didn't see the program but WD-40 is the best product for removing tar or bugs that I know of and it won't hurt your paint.

Several companies make spray on Bug & Tar remover. Before I go on, let me tell you this, I had the drivers side of my truck covered with the stuff after the road crew told my it was safe to drive on. I used both the liquid in the can and the spray. The spray is nice, but compared to the liquid, it barely works. WD-40 worked better. In my experience liquid is the way to go, but be careful no matter what you use. The tar will have grime in it and scratch your paint when you wipe it off. Prepare for the worst.
