Cleaner prior to Liquid Glass

Cleaner prior to Liquid Glass
I have tried everthing and I can't get the results that I am looking for. So.... I am thinking of trying Liquid Glass.
Here's my questions:
Many of you have mentioned apllying a cleaner prior to the initial coat of Liquid Glass, would Mother's Pre-Wax cleaner work? I haven't seen the liquid Glass wax remover aroung here.
Can you apply a "quick detailer" for a quick shine, or do you have to apply another coat of liquid glass?
If this stuff bonds with the paint, what happens if the vehicle is repainted (custom paint job)?
What happens if you do get streaking, I am a little gunshy about taking steel wool and varsol to the finish of my truck?
Has anyone not been totaly satisfied with Liquid glass?

I just wash the truck first to get it clean like you would do in preparation with any good wax. Never used a "pre-cleaner" as this wax will remove minor bugs and tar marks like any wax will.
A California Duster works great too in the event you can't get to your truck the same day to wax it. Picked up that tip on F150online too.
Never used a quick detailer over Liquid Glass later but don't see why you can't.
Any reputable body shop doing a custom paint job ALWAYS removes any wax during their preparation for new paint.
I too never use any steel wool on paint. If you see streaks after using Liquid Glass, wax it again. I have found Liquid Glass to be mild and gentle while using it for many years. I would like to try some of the other products but I am baffled about all the different advertised steps of preparation with all the required purchases that I simply stuck with what works for me.
I don't think Liquid Glass is the right product for a deteriorating paint job however. It is specifically made for clearcoats and paint that is in very good condition. It doesn't work miracles on poor paint and some of the other products talked about here may be preferred.

Someone mentioned Lexol Vinyl Spray for your interior in another thread and I bought some over Armorall and I think the Lexol is much better by far.....I need help just like anyone else here and pay close attention to what everyone prefers.
