dark water spots on plastic grille

dark water spots on plastic grille
I have a 09 s/crew lariat the plastic on the grille has dark water spots all around the lights,what can I use to clean that area and also the lens on headlights too.
This truck has alot of plastic on her,it took over 4 hours to detail since buying the truck,compaired to my last 1999 f150.
