help me decide...

what's the difference between a pc (portable cable?) and a buffer (like simonize). PC's are pretty expensive up here... what's the benefits of owning one.

Also, all the trim pieces around my windows and doors and such look like they are "water spot stained".... what can I use to clean them up and make them look uniform.

Lastly... is there anyway of minimizing the work involved in getting bug out of my grill and off the chrome pieces on the front end... i end up have to do alot of scrubbing with the other side of my sponge.

1. A PC is a dual action buffer. It works a lot better than just an orbital. All an orbital is good for is applying wax, it doesn't have enough power to do any paint correction.

2. It depends what the trim is.

3. Seafoam Bugs B Gone. Spray it on, let it sit for a minute, then wash normally. You should not be washing with a sponge, you should be using a lambswool mitt.

Can I recommend that you read the detailing sticky?
