Fading after one year

I just had my hood re-painted one year ago and its already fading. Is there any way to stop this or reverse it, its more like a film over it.

Yes, the shop went under right before it started fading.

Maybe this weekend before i wax it? I dont use Turtle ICE wax. Only Meguir's wax, the fading looks like oxidation.

Have you used a clay bar and put a good coat of wax on it?

How long did you wait after painting it to wax it the first time?
