Just thought I'd post up some pics after a wash and wax with the new Meguiars Detailing kit my g/f bought me for our 2yr. anniversary. Anyways here they are

Looks good I've always liked the black but a pain in the **** to clean. I had to go with red. My next truck will be a black F250 diesel.

 

What is in the new kit?

 

How did you tint your tails? did you bake them and take them apart, or just spray and clearcoat the outside?

 

the new kit is the car care essentials kit. Comes with Wax and applicator pad, tire gel, hot rims rim polish, quick detailer mist, bottle of soap and a sponge. As for tinting the tails I just cleaned and sprayed them I never used any clear as I've heard it tends to ruin the niteshades.

 

Sorry to be a pain, but could you be more specific with the product names?

 

Meguiars Essentials Car Care Kit- A2516 Soft Wash Gel, A1216 Cleaner Wax, G9524 Hot Rims All Wheel Cleaner, G12416 Hot Rims Tire Gel, A3316 Quik Detailer. Also Includes Sponge and foam applicator pad.
