24'' mazati chrome

Im in the military and when i got back from deployment i noticed my rims have small orange/yellow pinpoint sized dots on them. you cant see them untill you get your face about 6 inches away , they are not cheep sears rims so its not rust. I dont care what it is i just want to know how to take it off and what can i use that wont scuff them up. thanks

slow down. everytime i've used never dull it seems to lightly scratch the chrome. that's just my experience, but wait and let some more experienced guys chime in.

How about some pics? It's impossible to recommend a method that will work and not damage the wheels without knowing what we are dealing with a little better.

Well actually I went to try the never dull and saw that the chrome was chipping off and threw the can into the woods before i even tried it. after that I did a detailed inspection of my truck and the retard who owned it before me put satilite radio in it but never heard of a wire ing harness. so when I went to install navigation and an ipod it would not work. So my truck sits in its spot until i figure out my next move. Ill get some pics up
