You can replace just the valance. I actually have a Harley valance in the basement right now because I'm trying to get the parts together to convert it over to look like a harley and have it al painted to match.

esf,
Where did you purchase your Harley valance? I have been looking to do the same to my truck. I have the HD grille and some L heads and corners, and i need a new bumper.

I found it on ebay. I have been looking all over for the grille though. I find more bumpers than grilles however I haven't looked for a bumper since I've found mine. Where did you get your grille?

HERE you can get what you need. If you don't see what you are looking for, call them, and, they will usually get it for you.

They are normally much cheaper than going to the local dealer.

Hope this helps!

I got my grille from a guy on the NHTOC.COM.. it had one broken tab on the backside, so he could not sell it as new, i got it for $100.00 and had it painted to match the truck...

Ok so I am trying to find a website that sells the valance for my truck and cant find the exact one. I do not really want to pay the dealership price for it and was wondering if anybody knew where I could find my part? Or possibly the part #?

They are saying $500 just for a primed one! But if I go without the STX version it will only be $60.... I think I am going to go with the plain gray lower valance... Now I have to buy new fog lights because mine wont fit

I've been looking for an STX valance and they are hard to find for a cheaper price than that.

I just replace mine!
It was very easy, and only took about 45 min.
Would be much easier to do with a friend, probably would take less time.
I just got mine from a dealer, i wanted to keep it a FORD product. I have heard & seen horror stories about using aftermaket one.

It cost me about $100 to replace it in an 2001 Supercrew XLT 4x4.
