Well I just ran into the first thing with my 07 F150. It was those 4 large metal wires than run through the columns in parking garages and seperate the rows of cars. I was also to wipe most off with my hand but you can still till where I hit.

What is the best way to go about removing these scratches / scuffs?

 

Can't even venture a guess without at least a couple good pictures bud.
