Have you read the "Detailing Sticky" yet, and downloaded the PDF file?

Read the Detailing Sticky
Watch the Meguiars Clay bar youtube video.

Steps

1 Wash properly
2 Dry properly
3 clay properly

After those three steps you can go bunch of ways depending on what you would like to do, what needs to be done and the products you use.

These are my last three steps

4 Megs Deep Crystal Paint Cleaner
5 NXT 2.0

Sometime I will top it with #26 but this is rare for me. I barely drive my truck and its garage kept.

6 Megs # 16 or 26

Go here: http://www.adamspolishes.com/t-videos.aspx and watch the appropriate videos. If you're really new, watch all of them to get a good idea of what a full detail involves.

If you've got specific questions after checking that link out, come back and we'll help the best we can.
