lol.. well not really.. I just got some in from ADS the other day and I love the way it makes my Tires and Wheel Wells shine.. only problem is.. it fades and runs off when it rains..? kinda defeats the purpose, if it just washes right off.. is this normal? I only diluted to about 3:1

 

My truck gets dirty and the cleanest looking thing on it are the tires. I even have difficulties washing it off. I'm not sure what's going on with your deal.

 

Spray the HD on your tires and wipe off the excess. The run off is due excessive amounts of HD. I don't know about the fading issue, I've never had that problem. It wears off just as any other tire dressing would.

 

pretty much sums it up.

I put it on with a tire swipe then take a MF towel and buff a little. very rarely have any run off. Lasts longer and looks better than anything else I've ever tried.

From you're description my first suspision would be way too much applied.

 

You might want try Meguiar's All Season Dressing it is spouse to last longer.
