Recleaning after the rain

I detailed my truck this weekend.. Spent all day and used a buffer. It came out pretty good for my first time. I did the following:

Wash and Dry @ Local carwash. Touchless of course
Meguires #6
Black Hole
Natty's Blue Paste Wax

Anyways it just rained and its dirty from the rain, what is the best way to get it back to its clean state. I'm afraid to go to the car wash and just blow it off with water.. Suggestions would be cool. Thanks! Also I included a picture on the result. The rest are in my album.

just pick up a bottle of meguires quick detail or the ultimate quick detail and just spray it on and wipe it off with a good quality microfiber cloth

I wouldn't do that if you drove it in the rain. Do a quick hand wash.

I did not drive it in the rain, but for my reference why would I not want to use QD if I have driven into it? My best guess would be that the dirt that is kicked up on the truck. I do live at an apartment , so hand washing is sort of out of the question. Would using the Power Rinse be as effective?

If all it did was sit out in the rain, QD'ing it is okay. You might look into Optimum No Rinse for washing it with minimum water.
