What exactly is wrong with the wheelwells?

I only see one picture posted and the wheelwells are in full shadow.

There is a little bit of road dirt in the wells...if you look closely it is visable.

The gloss is so high that any thing else on the truck that's not perfect stands out...remember, this is a DETAIL forum.

The Wolfgang sealer is a polymer that gives you long lasting durability with the look of canuba wax...that Forest Green realy pops when it's slick.
Well i gotta tell ya it looks great. So the 3.0 sealer is all you used? And where's a good place to buy it..thanks

Looks nice. Lots of great products out there... lighting will always affect the overall outcome of what a vehicle looks like in pictures... it definitely looks pretty though.

I think my 05' black KR is finally going to get some love this coming weekend... It's been well over a year (nearly 2) since I've completed a full detail on it...

It's funny how wheel wells are such a focal point here... wonder how that happend.

In my opinion black is the ultimate color on these trucks. I made a choice for mine over a black one only because it didn't have limited slip, even though it was a 4 x 4.

I am a contractor and am on and off job sites often...clean wheel wells don't last too long for me.

Quick question. What was your process other than the Wolfgang 3.0?

All I do is wash it and dry it down with a California Waterblade and micro fiber towels. i bought the truck in July of '07. Right after I bought it I put a coat of Pinacle Soveriegn Carnuba Wax on it. I had been doing that every 3 months for the last year. I used it also on my wife's S500 Mercedes. Her car stays garaged and my truck sits outside.

I wanted something a little more durable so I talked to my detail supply guy at The Driver's Seat here in West Palm...he reccomended the Wolfgang 3.0 sealer to get the carnuba shine with more durability....it works!

I also put it on my wife's car with outstanding results.

I have used some good stuff over the years like Astro Shield and Liquid Glass but this Wolfgang product provides more visual impact than anything I have used....and no...I don't work for Wolfgang!

If you use this stuff just make sure that the finish is good to begin with because the 3.0 sealer magnafies what you already have.

Be VERY careful with the Cali Blade. I've seen LOTS of straight-line scratching induced by those things.

The better, safer method is to utilize the water sheeting technique and simply blot the remaining water off of the vehicle.
