Diamond Plate tool box
Diamond Plate tool box
Ok so i just bought a two door delta tool box diamond plate from a guy for 100 dollars. It has been sitting outside and is dull. What can i use to make it look new again and shiny. Please let me know.
A good aluminum polish, some terry towels, and a whole lot of time.
Meguiar's Hot Rims Mag and Aluminum Polish works great. If you don't mind to order something, then a product called Mr. Buffer has worked wonders for me in the past.

to start, take it to the car wash...
then hit it with whatever they have available for tire cleaning. most times its a green foam. after that switch the selector to brush and scrub your butt off then rinse it.
you've just saved yourself an hour of polishing, follow with any thing you would like.

I used Mothers polish on my mag rims, and it took me FOREVER!
I hit them up quick with the Diamond Brite, and woah, 15 minutes later rims are like new.
Another 15 minutes, woah, my truck box is polished.
Spending that 1/2 an hour staring at my trucks shine... priceless.
