Can I use CCS DA pad on a Flex Light Weight

Can I use CCS DA pad on a Flex Light Weight
I am looking at purchasing a Flex light weight polisher and I saw that the pad size in the specs is 6.3in. What I am wondering is can I use my CCS 6.5in DA pads on the new machine or will the come apart under the stress from the Flex? Thanks for the help in advance.
