Lets see... there's Black WOW, Showroom New Trim Restorer, Krylon Fusion spray paint, Bondo stuff...
Try searching. Lots of folks have tried various things with varying degrees of success. I painted my wiper cowl with the Krylon Fusion and it turned out awesome. Don't know how it would hold up on the bed rails, but someone tried it and it looked good.
