Question Lake Country White VS. Green CCS Pad question...

My question is about LC pads, the CCS ones, is the White or the Green Pad more agressive?

Lake Country's site shows the Green as "heavy polishing", yet AutoGeek shows it as "polishing/finishing"..... See links below,

http://www.lakecountrymfg.com/foampads_ccs_dafoam.html

and

http://autogeek.net/lake-country-foam-pads.html

search out the pad chart... And always believe the manufacturere before the retailer. But believe the experienced user before any of the other 2.

I have only used Lakes once... I loved them, but since I own Meguiars pads, I cant say which is the best bet.

A wise man tells me that Lake is offering a "new" green pad that is less agressive than the white, and that AG is the only place selling it right now, but the original green lake pads were more agressive than white (which matches the pad chart and LC's site).....

Well, if he is wise, I would listen. But I will stop posting on this thread because I honestly dont know the LC lineup... You could always order from Rick over at ADS, who can talk to you to help you find what you need/want. He's a GREAT guy and DEFINITELY knows what he is talking about.

I have the REAL answer to this. If you get the green from autogeek then white is more aggressive, if you get the green from anywhere else then the green is more aggressive. There are 2 different greens, autogeek is the only place to my knowledge to carry the "finishing" one.
