Headliner Question

I have searched around the forums, and I see that people have had to clean their headliner, so mine needs it now. I see that people have said to use Oxy Clean, but the Clorox version, but what is the proper way of going about this? Just using a towel, or what? Any advise would help! Thanks!

Well it'd help to know what needs to be cleaned off of it. Dust? Soda? Throw up? Headliners are very difficult if you don't know what you're doing and it's very easy to screw them up. If that's the case and you screw it up, just have your factory one covered by an upolostry shop. I'd do that if it's really dirty with some soda or something.

Spray, let it soak in for a few mins, then blot/gently wipe with a clean towel.

Mine was very filthy and came out looking new.

Try a carpet steamer that has a handheld wand attachment.

thanks for all the answers, i should have thought to say what it is that is on it, it just looks a little dirty, right over the back seats, possibly from people rubbing their heads against it, but no throw up haha
