Ads

has anyone else had trouble getting ahold of them? I have tried multiple times over the past week and noone will answer, all i get is the answering machine.

I called twice and they didn't answer. However, on the second try I left a message with my subject matter, name, and cell phone number. Within 10 minutes Rick was calling me back. If you hadn't done so try leaving a message.

Yup it took them 3 days to get back to me when I placed my last order.

just think of the ammount of customers rick has. to the best of my knowledge he does the majority if not all of the work by himself. leave a message if you cannot get a hold of him or send him an email. he normally replies within an hour.

He also told me that people are calling off the hook to ask about the expected release date of D151 Paint Reconditioning Cream..notice it is on the website now tho lol

When I ordered from him I emailed him and he was pretty quick to respond. Try the email

Noone don't work there, never did.

Give Rick some elbow room. I emailed him on Saturday past about some product availability and I didn't expect an answer
until the work week started but i received a email Sunday. So the guy is working seven [7] days. he'll get to you.

Rick is the #1 Meguiars retailer for all of America. However, I have always thought his customer service was VERY IMPRESSIVE. As many have said, I have always gotten responses within the hour...

I did the same thing when I first called. Figured I's call back later when I could talk to a human.

Just leave him a message and he will get back to you quickly.
