I called twice and they didn't answer. However, on the second try I left a message with my subject matter, name, and cell phone number. Within 10 minutes Rick was calling me back. If you hadn't done so try leaving a message.
just think of the ammount of customers rick has. to the best of my knowledge he does the majority if not all of the work by himself. leave a message if you cannot get a hold of him or send him an email. he normally replies within an hour.
He also told me that people are calling off the hook to ask about the expected release date of D151 Paint Reconditioning Cream..notice it is on the website now tho lol
