I usually only shampoo my mats, since my vehicles generally don't see that heavy of use. I've always used Blue Coral Upholstery Cleaner and have had good results over the years.

I vacuum the mats well, spray on the cleaner (it goes on as a foam), brush them down vigorously with a soft-bristled scrub brush I keep just for this purpose, let them air dry, and then vacuum them again using the brush attachment.

This process has kept the mats in my vehicles looking like new for many years....

I use a Bysol (Sp?) carpet cleaner/steamer type thing. I rarely use it because my carpet never gets that dirty so excuse my lack of knowledge. The Bysol works good though, it's one of their small portable units.

My carpet doesnt get dirty either but this past week I tried Megs Quik Out. I sprayed it on the floor, then I tooked a damp terry cloth and rubbed over it.
