MEGS Quik Out

I bought a bottle of the MEGS Quik out and I have to say that I was truly impressed with the product. I have the FX2 sport and the red Sport word on the mats had gotten dirty. I sprayed the Quik out on the mat and took a damp pad and scrubbed it. Looks new again.

Yep... I fell in love with that stuff when I first got it (free due to product testing)... Still use it, too...

How did you get into product testing? That sounds like something that would be fun.

I dunno... I remember I had a problem with NXT being separated and WallyHell not taking it back, so they replied with an email (saying it would still be fine) and sent me some NXT (rush delivery)... Maybe I need to "have a problem" with a D-line or M-line product

RP? Any insight?

I will say, they want a LOT of information, and they want it quick, but I didnt mind. I know RP didnt like it, but maybe he has some contacts (If so, PLEASE shoot me off a PM/email... I would LOVE to do it again...)

I have done product testing too (NXT 2.0 and another one that as far as I know, am still not allowed to talk about). For starters, it definitely helps to be on the forum.

cool. I have to give it a thumbs up. My truck looks good and hyper dressing! Oh dont get me started on that. LOVE IT. The only thing that I have a problem with is my white letters on the tire. I cant seem to get them white enough. I used a nylon brush and the NXT Megs car wash soap but that didnt do the trick. I know that we have a thread on this but what is the safest product that I can use to get them purely white.

Pretty much, they send you an email saying that you have been selected to do product testing and that a box of stuff is headed your way. The email has an excel form that you fill out as soon as you test the products (they have a date it must be completed by), and you send the info in. You get to keep the product. Products arrive within a week of notification, then you have around a moth or less to do the testing (or at least I remember it like that... it was a while ago).

I am hoping RP has some connections, though.

Roush-- what can you tell us about this other product? What classification does it fall under? Wax? Polish? Metal polish? Dressing? other?

EDIT: Is it on this page? If so, which one(s)??? You dont have to say what you think if you dont want to, but I am curious...(LINK)

I'd rather not say, as that was the whole agreement for getting to test the extra product (let absolutely NO ONE know what it is). I guess for classification for now, it would be other. I will ask and see what they say. If it is OK with them, I will post some information.

No problem....

I dont remember any of the agreement stuff-- I figured I could talk about it after it was released, and since it has been over a year, I am safe...

Let us know when you can!!!

BTW-- does it taste good? If not, I may not be able to use it. After all, I eat a bite of Nattys every time I use it...

Back to the real subject, I see that there are lot of sprays like quick out but is there a way to shampoo your carpets without a machine, but by just using like a water spray and like some soap and a brush and then sucking it up with a wet vac? or is the coral blue foaming stuff just as good?
