ADS is great

Like many people on this forum I have been sitting back and just taking in all the information that you guys post on here. Well that time had come I was ready to make my first "serious" purchase. I was checking around on some deals on the flex xc 3401 vrg with some pads. I came across a site that had them for a good price but was unsure how they were in terms of customer service. So I figured what the heck, let me email Rick from ADS and ask them if they could do the deal. Rick emailed me back within a couple minutes saying he could match the deal. Rick also emailed me an invoice and I paid it with PayPal, it could not be easier. I would say the whole deal was done within a couple minutes, it probably took me longer to figure out what pads I wanted. I just thought I would let everyone know Rick has found himself another customer.

Damn, so are you a big detailer or just getting into it? The Flex is an awesome machine. I can't wait to get one for myself. Forgot to mention Rick is an awesome guy. I spent half an hour the other day on the phone just shooting the ****.

If you think he is a good guy via email in person he is nicest guy you will meet. It is great to do business with good honest people.

I am just getting into the DA stuff. I have always done my truck by hand and I have used one of those cheap buffers in the past. I was going to buy the g110 at first but ended up liking the looks of the Flex. I'm just going to start off with some light products to see what kind of results I get before I try anything "heavy".

Ebay Item number: 140230064151 (Brand new in box, no backing plate, auction ends 5/10 13:32 PDT)

Talking

It's nice to know all you detailing gurus have a very high opinion of Rick. It makes my first order from ADS for roughly $400 much easier knowing I'll get what I ordered and have any issues easily resolved if they were to come up.

I agree on ADS. Although the site could use a bit of an overhaul, I seem to not have a problem spending my paychecks there.

ADS is a great site and Rick is even greater. He has great service and has fast shipping. I wish that sites for mods to my truck had half the customer service he offers.

You won't get the UPS shipping confirmation until he's packed the box and has a sticker on it ready to roll. He typically packs boxes beginning around noon (based on the several times that I've talked to him and heard, "Hey, I need to get some orders packed and out..."). I'd look for it tonight or tomorrow. If you haven't seen it by them, give him a quick call and have your order number handy.
