bad smell

bad smell

ive got a awful smell in my truck that smells like crap cleaned carpet and mats smell will not go away smells like its coming from under dash any body else had this promblem

Smells like crap - as in real p00p? I'd crawl under there with a flashlight and look for a paper bag that doesn't belong there...........

you might check under and behind that dash and under all the seats.maybe somehow a mouse got in the truck and if it got stuck somewhere and died then it would smell bad.other than that see where the smell is the strongest and attack that point.

Odo-Ban works a lot better than Febreze, by the way.

Hmm, check for:

1) Broken eggs under the seats
2) Duct-taped fish to the bottom of the seats
3) A melted block of cheese on your engine block

sounds like someone knows a litle about making a car smelly.
